Return & Refund Policy
At Genico Tech Services, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we're here to help.
 Returns
•     You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
•     Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and accessories intact.
•     To initiate a return, please contact us at support@genicotechservices.com  with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
•     Custom orders, special installations, or digital products are non-refundable.
•     Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or wear and tear are not eligible for return.
 Refunds
•     Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days.
•     Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
•     Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
•     We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right—either by replacement or refund.
